   Your occupation must be on the relevant skilled occupation list.

   You must have a suitable skills assessment for that occupation.

   You must be invited to apply. Invitations follow an expression of interest (EOI) submitted through SkillSelect.

   You must satisfy the points test. Use the official Home Affairs points calculator to work out your score — we do not calculate Australian points.
